The service allows us to proactively ensure your replication and backup systems are working as expected, and reactively notify you if anything is out of order.

By leveraging the SMTP alerting built into our products, we integrate alerts into our support system, which notifies our engineers of any Warning or Error events with the Software configuration in your system.
Alerts themselves can take many forms including trouble ticket creation, email and SMS and can be scheduled via the Alert Scheduler to ensure that the appropriate people are being notified. Additionally, with automatic alert escalation capabilities you can ensure that no alerts are missed and that the appropriate action is taking place.
