Business Continuity Project Management provides expertise to coordinate and supervise the various elements of a Continuity Planning or Solution Delivery, from the initial planning stages and execution through to final customer sign off and acceptance.

By leveraging our certified Project Management staff, organizations can dedicate and focus their internal resources to its core competencies. In the meantime our experienced and dedicated Business Continuity focused Project Manager will:

  • Facilitate the smooth and seamless implementation of the prescribed solution in the customer’s environment
  • Work with the customer to define requirements, schedules, and project plans
  • Manage the costs, scope, schedule and risks
  • Assume responsibility for directing the project
  • Supervise and coordinate Engineer personnel, customers IT staff and/or third-party / vendor personnel
  • Provide status updates reports on regular basis to stakeholders
  • Assume responsibility and serve as the customer's primary contact until the project is completed.
